Some things to do before your spring break in Cancun

The spring 2012 semester is definitely a lot closer to this side of the holidays, and with it comes the anxiety that goes along with a return to campus and also taking your spring break in Cancun. Before you head down for your spring break in Cancun, it’s highly recommended to spruce up your dorm, so when you return from your spring break in Cancun, you’re all set to go back to school and have a successful school year.

There’s no better way to revitalize and prepare yourself for whatever life throws at you, than to have a makeover or improve a thing or two around the house; just waking up in a slightly (or dramatically) re-distributed or decorated room can completely change your attitude and get you out of bed with a smile. Here are a couple of creative and fun ways to do so:

1. Spring cleaning. Yes, we all hate to get our hands dirty, but it has to be done. Get rid of all the junk you don’t need anymore; old books and notebooks, empty boxes or packages, old school works, and so forth. Get rid of everything… You don’t want to start hoarding, right?
2. Clean out your closet. Put on your favorite album on and start your adventure with your closet. It is a fact that 80% of the clothes we’ve in our closets, we don’t wear them, so either get rid of them or put them out in the front so you start wearing them. Once you’ve cleared out your closet, get a wipe and give it a nice clean, and then put everything back in (No cheating! Only keep the stuff you’ll wear!).
3. Rearrange your furniture. It’s always nice to have a change, so just re-accommodate your furniture and move it around a bit. Maybe change the position of the bed and place it near the window (if you have one), or move your desk or just be plain creative and move everything around! Go nuts and have fun at the same time!
